KINDRED, N.D.; Jan. 21, 2014 - CHS Hedging, the full-service brokerage subsidiary of CHS Inc., has appointed Harry Kassian as market analyst serving farmers and ranchers out of its Kindred, N. D., office. Kassian will provide market insight directly to growers and ranchers through individualized price risk management programs.

In addition to this role, Kassian brings area ag producers financial consulting programs as a Russell Consulting Group associate. Russell Consulting's unique producer package includes financial analysis and feasibility studies for a producer's entire operation - tying crop marketing plans to individual financial goals.

Kassian holds a Series 3 license for registered brokers. He grew up on a grain and cattle operation in central North Dakota, which he took over when his father retired and ran until joining CHS Hedging.
