Chow Sang Sang Holdings International Limited Appoints Stephen LAU Man Lung as Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committees

Chow Sang Sang Holdings International Limited announced that Mr. Stephen LAU Man Lung ("Mr. Lau") has been appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director of the company and a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee of the Board with effect from 17 December 2012. Mr. Lau has more than 30 years of management and marketing experience, particularly in the textile and apparel field. He is the managing director of The Polyfabrics (Hong Kong) Limited.
