NOTICE OF RECORD DATE AND DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Choo Chiang Holdings Ltd. (the "Company") will be closed at 5.00p.m. on 26 August 2020 ("Record Date") for the purpose of determining shareholders' entitlement to the one-tier tax exempt interim dividend of 0.2 Singapore cents per ordinary share ("Shares") for the financial year ending 31 December 2020 ("Interim Dividend").

Duly completed registrable transfers in respect of the Shares received by the Company's Share Registrar, M & C Services Private Limited, at 112 Robinson Road #05-01, Singapore 068902 up to 5.00 p.m. on 26 August 2020 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the Interim Dividend.

Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with the Shares in the capital of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 26 August 2020 will be entitled to the Interim Dividend.

Payment of the Interim Dividend will be made on or about 7 September 2020.
