Panasonic Appliances Vacuum Insulation Devices (Chongqing) Co.,Ltd. announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 36,260,000 on April 19, 2021. The transaction will involve participation from existing investor, Chongqing Zaisheng Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603601) and another existing investor. Post-closing of the transaction, the investors will retain their existing stakes in the company. The transaction has been approved by the 10th meeting of the 4th board of directors and the 10th meeting of the 4th board of supervisors.
Chongqing Zaisheng Technology Co., Ltd. is a China-based company primarily engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sales of microfiber glass wool products and related equipment. The Company primarily provides microfiber glass wool products, glass fiber filter paper, purification equipment, as well as core materials and insulation energy-saving materials. Its products are mainly used in air filtration, refrigerators and freezers industries. It distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
