The board of directors of Chinese Energy Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Yau Chi Ming has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive Director, the chairman of the audit committee and a member of the remuneration committee of the company with effect from January 19, 2018 due to his other business commitments.
