China Great Land Holdings Ltd. Appoints Leo Hee Shong as Non-Executive Independent Director, Member of Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nominating Committee

The Board of Directors of China Great Land Holdings Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Leo Hee Shong as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the company with effect from 17 February 2017. Mr. Leo will also be appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nominating Committee.
