MAJOR TRANSACTION

COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OF

CHONGQING CREDIT GAIN AND CHONGQING DONGRONG

Reference is made to the announcements of China Financial Services Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 29 November 2017, 26 April 2018, 31 October 2018, 29 March 2019, 12 April 2019 and 30 August 2019, and the circular of the Company dated 25 April 2018 (the "Circular"). Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular.

The board of directors of the Company is pleased to announce that completion of the acquisition of the entire equity interests in Chongqing Credit Gain and Chongqing Dongrong took place on 18 October 2019 and each of Chongqing Credit Gain and Chongqing Dongrong has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
