CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

References are made to the announcement of China Environmental Technology Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 25 September 2019 (the "Announcement"). Unless the context required otherwise, terms shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them in the Announcement.

The Company hereby clarified that the title should be amended as "INSIDE INFORMATION IN RELATION TO LIQUIDATION OF PFI CAYMAN".

The Company also hereby clarifies that on 24 September 2019, the Cayman Court ordered that PFI Cayman be wound up; and Michael Penner of Deloitte & Touche, Citrus Grove, P.O. Box 1787, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands and Wei Cheong Tan of Deloitte & Touche LLP, 6 Shenton Way, OUE Downtown 2, #33-00, Singapore 068809 be appointed as Joint Official Liquidators ("JOLs") with the power to act jointly and severally, instead of Judicial Managers as previously announced.

The Company will work closely with the JOLs and will make further announcement of any material development as and when appropriate.
