This announcement is made by China Creative Global Holdings Limited (the "Company") and its subsidiaries (together the "Group") pursuant to Rule 13.09(2)(a) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the ''Listing Rules'') and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The board of directors of the Company (the ''Board'') wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company (the ''Shareholders'') and potential investors that, based on the information currently available to the Board, it is anticipated that the Group may record a net loss for the six months ended 30 June 2017 as compared to the net profit of approximately RMB5,956,000 recorded in the previous financial period, which is mainly attributable to:

1. a decrease in sales electric fireplaces and home decor products due to the low market demand in the People's Republic of China; and

2. an increase in finance costs of the Group.

As the Company is still in the process of finalising its half-year results for the six months ended 30 June 2017, the information contained in this announcement is a preliminary assessment by the management of the Company based on the unaudited management accounts of the Group and the information currently available. This preliminary assessment is not based on any financial figures and/or information which have been audited, verified or reviewed by the Company's auditors or audit committee. It is anticipated that the half-year results announcement of the Company for the six months ended 30 June 2017 will be published by the Company in August 2017.
