NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

The board of directors (the "Board") of China Creative Global Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held at Room 913, 9th Floor, China Merchants Tower, 168-200 Connaught Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong on Monday, 28 August 2017 at 3:00 p.m. for the following purposes:

1. to consider and approve the unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Group") for the six months ended 30 June 2017 ("Financial Period") and to approve the announcement of the interim results for the Financial Period of the Group to be published on the websites of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Company;

2. to consider the payment of an interim dividend, if any;

3. to consider the closure of the register of members of the Company, if necessary; and

4. to transact any other business, if any.
