Announcement on the Change of Chief Risk Officer

On 26 March 2021, the board of directors of China Construction Bank Corporation (the "Bank") considered and approved the resolution regarding the appointment of Mr. Cheng Yuanguo as chief risk officer of the Bank. The China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission has approved the appointment qualifications of Mr. Cheng Yuanguo. Mr. Cheng Yuanguo officially takes office as chief risk officer of the Bank.

After Mr. Cheng Yuanguo takes office as chief risk officer of the Bank, Mr. Jin Yanmin ceases to serve as chief risk officer of the Bank. The board of directors of the Bank would like to express its highest praise and sincere gratitude to Mr. Jin Yanmin for his contributions to the Bank during his term of office with the Bank as chief risk officer.
