Announcement on the Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

On 26 March 2021, the board of directors of China Construction Bank Corporation (the "Bank") considered and approved the resolution regarding the appointment of Mr. Zhang Yi as chief financial officer of the Bank. The China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission has approved the appointment qualifications of Mr. Zhang Yi. Mr. Zhang Yi officially takes office as chief financial officer of the Bank.
