5.Cause of occurrence:
(1).The company's ordinary shareholders meeting on July 20, 2022
    passed the resolution of private placement of 40,000,000 ordinary
    shares, and authorized the board of directors to handle it twice
    within one year from the date of the resolution.
(2.)According to the resolution of the board of directors,
    July 12, 2022 will be the pricing date of this private placement,
    and 5,330,000 shares will be privately placed at a price of
    NT$14.4 per share.
(3).Authorized by the board of directors, the chairman adjusted the
    number of private shares to 4,100,000 shares on 2022/07/19.
(4).The quota of the remaining 1,230,000 shares will not continue
    to be processed due to the expiration of the time limit.
6.Countermeasures:
(1).The company issued 4,100,000 new shares for the second time in 2021
    by private placement of ordinary shares, with a subscription price
    of NT$14.4 per share, totaling NT$59,040,000, and has been fully paid
    on 2022/07/19.
(2).The record date of capital increase is on 2022/07/19.
