Chengdu CORPRO Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300101) signed an agreement to acquire additional 10.02% stake in Chengdu Guoxing Communication Co., Ltd. from China Electronics Technology Group Corporation No. 30 Research Institute for CNY 15.5 million on January 23, 2014. Chengdu CORPRO Technology will acquire 3.11 million shares of Chengdu Guoxing Communication.
Chengdu CORPRO Technology Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of satellite positioning terminals and components. The Company is mainly engaged in the design, development and sales of electronic components, the research, production and sales of Beidou satellite navigation products, as well as video optoelectronics, security monitoring and other smart city construction and operation services. The Company's integrated circuit products mainly include converters, clocks, software radio and other radio frequency (RF) chips, video chips, interface chips and other interface chips, as well as system-on-chip (SOC) products. The Company mainly conducts it businesses in the domestic market.
