 Total cash dividends are NT$323,878,800, which means cash dividend of
 NT$2.00500876 per share. (The cash dividend will be paid with calculation
 rounded down to the nearest one NTD.)
4.Reason for the change:The actual number of CHC's outstanding shares changed
  due to exercise of employee stock options, which consequently led to a
 change in the ratio. And the Chairman is authorized to adjust the dividend
 distribution ratio based on resolution made on 2022 Annual Shareholders'
 Meeting on June 15, 2022.
