Changda International Holdings, Inc. (CIHI) is engaged in developing, manufacturing and the selling of microbial organic and inorganic compound fertilizers and chemical products, primarily consisting of snow melting products. The Company has more than 10 fertilizer product lines, which are sold under the CHANGDA and FENGTAI WOSIDA brands. It operates in two segments: fertilizer products and chemical products. Its organic and inorganic fertilizer products include Complex Fertilizers, Compound Fertilizers and Slow-Release Compound Fertilizer. The Company's principal chemical products are snow melting agents, flame retardant, and various other industrial chemicals. During the year ended December 31, 2011, 78% of the Company's revenues were derived from its fertilizer products and 22% of its revenues derived from its chemical products.
