The board of directors ("Board") of Eagle Asset Management (CP) Limited (the "REIT Manager"), as manager of Champion Real Estate Investment Trust ("Champion REIT"), announces that a meeting of the Board of the REIT Manager will be held on Thursday, 25 February 2016, for the purpose of, among other matters, approving the announcement of the final results for the year ended 31 December 2015 and the payment of a final distribution of Champion REIT.
