On December 28, 2022, CF Acquisition Corp. VII (the "Company") held its 2022 annual meeting of stockholders (the "Meeting"). At the Meeting, stockholders ratified the selection by the audit committee of the board of directors of WithumSmith+Brown, PC to serve as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2022.
