On 22 September 2014 Mitsubishi Corporation announced a NOK 96 cash offer for all outstanding shares in Cermaq ASA,
The Board of Directors of Cermaq ASA has engaged ABG Sundal Collier Norge ASA ("ABG Sundal Collier") to provide a formal statement in accordance with section 6-16 c.f. 6-19 (1) of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act. The appointment of ABG Sundal Collier has been approved by Oslo Stock Exchange.
The independent statement from ABG Sundal Collier of 12 October 2014 is attached. The statement by the Cermaq Board of Directors with recommendation of the offer is included in the Offer Document presented by Mitsubishi Corporation.
