The Vita Coco Company, Inc. and Century Pacific Food, Inc. Enter into New Long-Term Agreement

Century Pacific Food, Inc. entered into a new long-term contract with The Vita Coco Company, Inc. The agreement covers additional volume requirements by Vita Coco, which will entail new capacity requiring a CAPEX investment of approximately USD 40 million. This is expected to create at least 1,500 quality manufacturing jobs. The previous agreement signed in 2020 continues to be in force and is up for renewal discussions in 2025.
The new contract is incremental to the existing agreement. Under the new contract, Vita Coco will require approximately 90 million liters of coconut water over the next five years.
Century Pacific Food, Inc. is a Philippines-based branded food and beverage company. The Company is primarily engaged in the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of processed marine, meat, milk, coconut, plant-based, and pet products.
