[For Immediate Release] Central China Real Estate Limited Acquires the Land Use Rights of Three Land Plots of Zhengzhou for RMB219 million

(10 Jan 2017 - Hong Kong) -- Central China Real Estate Limited ("CCRE" or the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"; SEHK stock code: 832), one of the leading Henan-based property developers, announces that on 4 January 2017, the group acquired the land use rights for three plots of land in Gongyi county, Zhengzhou city through an auction acquisition process for a total consideration of RMB219,000,000.

Three land parcels are located at east of Zijing Road, south of Xiangyu Road with an aggregate site area of approximately 125,981 sq.m. CCRE estimates the total expected gross floor area ("GFA") could be approximately 229,430 sq.m., with an average land cost per GFA of RMB955 per sq.m. This new land purchase will be for mixed-use development, comprising of residential, commercial and car park. The company plans to commence construction in the first half of 2017 and estimate to complete the project by the second half of 2021.
