Stuttgart, January 31, 2022 - CENIT presents preliminary figures for 2021. These forecast a sales result in the amount of EUR 153 to 155 million. A clear development above plan is also expected for EBIT.
The analysis of the preliminary results of the CENIT Group during the still ongoing closing process clearly exceeds the most recent forecast for the 2021 business year: according to this, the CENIT Group is expected to generate sales of EUR 153.0 to 155.0 million (previous year: EUR 147.2 million) with an EBIT of probably EUR 6.0 to 6.3 million.
Accordingly, the forecast result of EUR 152.0 million in sales and EUR 4.9 million in EBIT would be exceeded. CENIT attributes the significantly more positive development to high-margin additional sales of proprietary software solutions in the fields of product lifecycle and enterprise information management. In the fourth quarter alone, contracts with customer companies from the financial services, aviation and digital factory sectors made a significant contribution to the positive result.
All figures are preliminary and unaudited. The final figures and the audited annual and consolidated financial statements for fiscal year 2021 will be published on March 31, 2022.
