Cellfie Global Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A068940) agreed to acquire remaining 80.16% stake in Plus Materials Co., Ltd. for KRW 4 billion on August 26, 2022. The consideration will be paid in cash. Following this transaction, Cellfie Global will own a 100% stake in Plus Materials Co., making it a wholly owned subsidiary.
The transaction will result in enhancing corporate value through entry into new businesses and business diversification.
