(Hong Kong, 3 October 2012) - Net2Gather (China) Holdings
Limited ("Net2Gather", or the "Group")
[SEHK: 1049], to be reinstated as Celestial Asia Securities
Holdings Limited (CASH), today announced the appointment of
Dr. Bob Chan Yau-ching as an Executive Director
and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of
the Group.
Mr. Bankee Kwan Pak-hoo, Chairman and CEO of the
Group commented, "Dr. Chan is not new to CASH since he
joined us at the turn of the millennium. Since
then, he has been involved in managing and advising us on
various high-growth businesses, including the establishment
of our award-winning online gaming platform in
Shanghai."
With more than twenty years of management
experience, Dr. Chan brings along his wealth of
knowledge in global economy and finance to the
Group. He will be assisting the board of
directors in formulating timely strategies to
meet with challenges amidst current global economic slowdown.
Furthermore, Dr. Chan is also responsible for managing the
Group's China business in view of his
decade-long hands-on experience in the mainland market.
Dr. Bob Chan Yau-ching remarked, "I feel privileged to

Dr. Chan is also the CEO of CASH's online
game business in Shanghai. Dr. Chan is a PhD in Business from
Purdue University, USA. He is a member of
Chartered Financial Analyst Institution (CFAI),
Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI) and the
Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts. Dr.
Chan specialises in corporate strategy and positioning,
restructuring and management of
high corporate growth companies.
