The board of directors of CCID Consulting Company Limited announced that the profit of the company and its subsidiaries for the year ended December 31, 2014 is expected to decrease by approximately 20% as compared to the corresponding period in 2013. The expected decline is mainly attributable to a decrease in revenue resulted from intensified market competition; the increase in relevant developing expenses for the continuous increased investment to subsidiaries and branches for the development of regional markets; and the sustained increase in staff costs for introducing high-quality talents for the expansion of business and development of high-end consulting business.
