(1) It is estimated that the company's net profit attributable to owners of
the parent company in the 1H22 will be RMB-55 million to RMB-40 million;
Net profit after profit and loss ranged from RMB-42 million to RMB-28
million. The financial information involved in this results announcement
has not been audited by a certified public accountant.
(2) Operating results and financial status for the same period of the
previous year: Net profit attributable to owners of the parent company:
RMB 47,062,800. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent company
after deducting non-recurring gains and losses: RMB 34.7815 million.
(3) The main reason for the estimated loss in the current period: the
company's main business is the design, research and development,
manufacturing and sales of structural components and collision avoidance
system parts. In the 1H22, especially since March, the new crown epidemic
occurred repeatedly in the company's location and across the country. Due
to factors such as epidemic prevention policies, traffic and logistics
obstructions, etc., the company's product delivery has been affected to a
certain extent. At the same time, affected by the COVID-19, the company's
main supporting customers stopped production and the supply chain was not
smooth, resulting in the company's product production and sales falling
short of expectations.
