For CIS, this is the fourth training session since the starting up of the agreement there. At the beginning, about twenty adults were attending the training sessions, they are now 46 and should reach 65 at the next session. These courses last two months. Each student goes through all departments of the Group's business to become familiar with the various aspects of the catering business. At the end of each assignment CIS employs on its sites a large proportion of the trained staff.
CIS provides to the students full daily support, both in terms of school supplies and food, and also pays them a daily indemnity.

This initiative falls within the framework of CIS' proactive socio-economic approach, which is widely approved by the customer in Sierra Leone.
