Yoon, Sang-won will sell 10.47% stake, Jeong, Bo-Kyung will sell 1.35% stake, Hoseong Yoon will sell 1.33% stake, Hojae Yoon will sell 0.83% stake, Hoseok Yoon will sell 0.52% stake, Bongryul Lee will sell 1.46$% stake, Jongyoon Kim will sell 1.04% stake, Lim, Chang-young will sell 0.21% stake and Bong-gyun Lee will sell 0.21% stake in Castec Korea Co.,Ltd. The transaction will be closed on July 9, 2021. As of July 9, 2021, completion date has been extended to July 30, 2021.

The buyers were unable to fulfill their contractual obligations in relation to the 'share transfer contract accompanying the change of the largest shareholder.
