Description

The securities of Cassini Resources Limited ('CZI') will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading today, Thursday, 24 September 2020, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, following lodgement of the Court orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission approving the scheme of arrangement by which Oz Minerals Limited will acquire all of the issued shares in CZI.

The Company is engaged in the identification and assessment of resources exploration projects; acquisition of resources exploration projects, and exploration of its portfolio of tenements and projects. Its geographical segments include Australia and the United States. It focuses on West Musgrave and West Arunta projects. The West Musgrave Project is located in an underexplored region of Western Australia that is prospective for nickel-copper-platinum-group element (PGE) sulfide deposits and gold. Its West Musgrave Project has over 850,000 tons of contained nickel and over 1.8 million tons of contained copper in resource. The West Arunta Project is a greenfields exploration project located in the Gibson Desert region of Western Australia. Its West Musgrave Project includes the Nebo-Babel and Succoth deposits. It holds tenements, including E80/4749, E69/1505, E69/1530 and others.
