About acquisition of "DX certification" ～ Promote Digital Transformation(DX) as a certified company in the industry ～

Casa Co., Inc. was selected for the first time in the real estate and rent guarantee industry as "DX certification" certified by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

This is in recognition of our commitment to Digital Transformation (DX), including our vision, business strategy, and structure.

■ About DX certification system

Based on the "Guidelines for Operation and Management of Information Processing Systems" formulated by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, this system certifies businesses that make excellent efforts based on applications.

This system* was created for the purpose of promoting DX for society as a whole, centered on companies, by certifying businesses that have already taken measures that meet the certification criteria, such as formulating a vision and developing strategies and systems, as "DX certified businesses".

■ Our efforts

Although digitization is expected to progress in the real estate industry, digitization is delayed due to strong analog customs and rules such as paper, stamps, and face-to-face customer service.

We are promoting DX in the real estate industry and aiming to build a society where people can live a more comfortable life. Thereby, we have established an IT strategy department to promote the efficiency of internal operations and the development of rental management platforms.

By promoting DX in the future, we will continue to create new value in society and industry and further improve corporate value.
