Shanghai Xinchuan Investment Management Co., Ltd. announced that it has received CNY 25,000,000 in a round of funding from existing investor, Shanghai Canature Environmental Products Co., Ltd. on January 8, 2013. The company's registered capital increased from CNY 10,000,000 to CNY 35,000,000. The investor retains 100% stake of the company.
On January 8, 2013, Shanghai Xinchuan Investment Management Co., Ltd. closed the transaction.
