Canadian National Railway Company Declares Increase in Quarterly Cash Dividend, Payable on March 31, 2017

CN announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 10% increase in the Company's quarterly cash dividend. A quarterly dividend of forty-one-and-one-quarter cents (CAD 0.4125) per common share will be paid on March 31, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 10, 2017.
