The board of Directors of Cacola Furniture International Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Ho Soo Jeow as an Independent Director of the company with effect from 2 November 2015. Mr. Ho Soo Jeow will cease as a member of Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company.
