CA Immobilien Anlagen : Immo and Mainzer Stadtwerke sell residential plot in the Zollhafen Mainz

Frankfurt/Mainz, 18.06.2024 - CA Immo and its joint venture partner Mainzer Stadtwerke AG have sold the "Hafenblick II" residential plot. The approximately 6,600 square metre plot was sold to the SBT real estate group. The property has residential building rights for around 17,000 square metres of floor space.
