C.T.I. Traffic Industries Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 122.964 million compared to TWD 126.681 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 6.572 million compared to TWD 7.272 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 11.288 million compared to TWD 5.553 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.28 compared to TWD 0.14 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 321.175 million compared to TWD 383.273 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 16.480 million compared to TWD 6.942 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 17.061 million compared to net income of TWD 174,000 a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.43.
C.T.I. Traffic Industries CO., LTD is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of piston rings and automobile parts. The Company's piston rings include compression rings, chrome plated keystone-type piston rings, steel oil-retaining rings, chrome plated blooming piston rings, nitrides piston rings, and nitrides blooming piston rings, among others. The piston rings are applied in automobiles. Its automobile parts include engine repair kits, automobile lamps, engine parts, brake system parts, timing belt parts and other accessories. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets, including the Americas, Europe, Africa and the rest of Asia.
