Chan Wai Meng and Oh Choon Gan Decides Not to Seek for Re-Election at Annual General Meeting of C&G Environmental Protection Holdings Limited

C&G Environmental Protection Holdings Limited announced that its Annual General Meeting will be held on April 24, 2013, Mr. Chan Wai Meng and Mr. Oh Choon Gan, who retire from their positions would decided not to seek re-election.
