Polyvision Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A032980) agreed to acquire 49.9% stake in ROLBK Co., Ltd. from Roh Yoon-Seok and others for KRW 2.2 billion on April 1, 2016. Polyvision shall purchase 0.01 million shares and issue 24th convertible bonds. ROLBK recorded total assets of KRW 927 million, sales of KRW 1.5 billion and net profit of KRW 422 million, as on December 31, 2015.
Board of Polyvision resolved the deal on April 1, 2016. The deal is expected to close on April 4, 2016.
