BYON Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A032980) agreed to acquire an additional 2.74% stake in Mirae Cell Bio Co., Ltd. for KRW 900 million on January 4, 2018. Consideration will be paid in cash. Under the transaction, BYON Co., Ltd. acquires 0.18 million shares. Post transfer, BYON Co., Ltd. will hold 1.05 million shares representing 15.97% stake. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of BYON Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to be completed on January 4, 2018.
