ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of Burwill Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 30 June 2011 (the "Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

Based on the preliminary assessment on the fair value of the Recoverable Shares at the year end of 2011, it is estimated that there will be a further fair value loss on the Recoverable Shares of approximately HK$137 million for the second half of 2011, subject to the final audit. Such fair value loss does not come from the Group's business operation. It is solely a fair value accounting treatment and no cash flow is involved.

Shareholders and investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
