Bulgarian Stock Exchange : Delisting of financial instruments (5U7)

The BSE Board of Directors has adopted the following decision at its session held under Record of Proceedings No. 3 of 08 January 2021:
With reference to Resolution No. 9-FB of 07 January 2021 passed by the FSC on the enforcement of a compulsory administrative measure against BSE, the BSE Board of Directors terminates the listing of the issue of shares of United Properties REIT-Sofia (5U7), ISIN BG1100095063, on the Equities Segment of the BaSE Alternative Market as of 11 January 2021 (Monday) on the grounds of Art. 39 (1), item 1 of Part III - Listing Rules to the BSE Rules and Regulations.
