Brookfield Real Assets Income Fund Inc. Announces Changes to Portfolio Management Team

Brookfield Real Assets Income Fund Inc. announced changes to the portfolio management team at Brookfield Investment Management Inc. (“Brookfield”), the investment adviser to the Fund. Craig Noble, CFA, and Larry Antonatos are jointly and primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the Fund, including the authority to adjust the strategic allocation of assets between corporate credit, securitized credit and equity securities. In addition, Dana Erikson, CFA, and Dan Parker, CFA, are jointly and primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the Fund’s corporate credit sleeve. In managing the corporate credit, securitized credit and equity investment sleeves of the Fund, Mr. Noble and Mr. Antonatos will continue to draw upon the expertise of their colleagues on Brookfield’s investment teams, as well as the securitized credit investment team at Schroder Investment Management North America Inc., the investment sub-adviser to the Fund, which manages a portion of the Fund’s assets.
Brookfield Real Assets Income Fund Inc. (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The investment objective of the Fund is to seek high total return, primarily through high current income and secondarily, through growth of capital. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in the real asset class, which includes real estate securities; infrastructure securities; and natural resources securities (real asset companies and issuers). Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its managed assets in the securities and other instruments of real asset companies and issuers. The Fund may invest at least 65% of its Managed Assets in fixed income securities of real asset companies and issuers and in derivatives and other instruments. Its investment advisor is Brookfield Public Securities Group LLC.
