	Regarding to Britania Public Company Limited ("the Company") issued new shares for capital increase by

initial public offering ("IPO") of 252,650,000 shares, during the period at 7-9 December and 13-15 December 2021 at the IPO price of 10.5 Baht per share, totaling amount of 2,652,825,000.00 Baht. The net proceeds deduction of offering expenses are Baht 2,586,700,000.00

The Company would like to report of its utilization of capital increase from IPO at the end of 30 June 2022 as following:
