It was created as a result of the reorganization of Bryansk Road Machines Plant. Bryanskiy Arsenal OAO specializes in the production of motor-driven graders, asphalt spreading machines, road harrows, trailers and semitrailers. The Company's products are distributed domestically, as well as on the territory of the Commonwealth of Independent States countries. Bryanskiy Arsenal OAO operates through four wholly owned subsidiaries, located on the territory of Bryansk and its region. As of February 13, 2012, the Company's major shareholder was GAZ OAO with a stake of 77.68%.
