CHANGE OF BUILDING NAME OF

PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS IN HONG KONG AND CHANGE OF PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS IN THE PRC

The board of directors (the "Board") of Bonny International Holding Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that the building name of the Company's principal place of business in Hong Kong would be changed from "Sunlight Tower" to "Dah Sing Financial Centre" with effect from 8 March 2021, therefore the principal place of business of the Company in Hong Kong would be updated as 40th Floor, Dah Sing Financial Centre, 248 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong with effect from 8 March 2021. Save for the change of the building name, the physical location of the Company's principal place of business in Hong Kong remains unchanged.

The Company's principal place of business in the People's Republic of China (the "PRC") has been changed to No. 129, Chunhan Road, Beiyuan Street, Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, the PRC due to the relocation of our factory with effect from 26 February 2021.

The Company's website, telephone number and facsimile number remain unchanged.
