Black Cat Syndicate has announced the appointment of Alistair Thornton appointed as Mining Study Manager, to take the Myhree/Trump/Boundary Feasibility Study to a decision to mine in the June 2020 quarter. Iain Levy appointed as Senior Resource Geologist, to expedite Resource growth across the Bulong Gold Project Alistair Thornton is an experienced gold mining professional having managed the feasibility, development and mining of more than 20 open pits ranging in size from 500,000 to 6,000,000 bcm in the Kalgoorlie area. Alistair also has experience managing multiple mines including pits containing historic underground workings. This Mining Study Manager role will transition to a Project Development Manager and ultimately an operational role as Mining Manager upon successful completion of the Feasibility Study. Iain Levy is an experienced resource geologist with a strong technical background ranging from early exploration through to mining. Iain is an expert in numerous industry software packages and has a thorough knowledge of JORC 2012 reporting criteria for exploration and Resource reporting. Iain has worked in a range of commodities across Australia and internationally with excellent exposure to gold deposits in the Kalgoorlie district.
