Subsequent to the annual meeting of shareholders, the newly-elected board of directors of BIOX (the Board) appointed Kevin P. Golding as Chairman of the Board. Additionally, the Board appointed Stanley Spavold (Chair), Kevin P. Golding and William Lambert as members of the Audit Committee and appointed Edwin Nordholm (Chair), Kevin P. Golding and T. Robert Beamish as members of the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee.
