Bioshaft Water Technology, Inc. has been awarded several strategic industrial and domestic contracts to install its innovative wastewater treatment and recycling systems in the Middle East. Details of the contracts are as follows: Delmon Poultry, Al-Manama, Bahrain: a packaged above-ground concrete Modular Anoxic Aerobic Digester (MAAD) system that will recycle poultry processing high strength industrial wastewater for reuse in irrigation. The King Abdullah New Financial District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: a residential/institutional T-MBBR system that will treat 132,100 gallons per day of domestic wastewater from a housing complex. The system will demonstrate how BioShaft technology is odor free and uses less space and energy. Jeddah Gates, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia: a temporary, packaged containerized T-MBBR system that will treat domestic wastewater from a high rise tower. The system has a capacity of 55,000 gallons per day. EMMAR Middle East, Dubai, UAE: EMMAR, a large development company, will receive a mobile temporary system to treat domestic wastewater for a residential development that is not connected to a municipal sewer network.
