Intelligent Retail Pvt. Ltd. announced that it has received INR 3800 million in a round of funding led by new investor Fireside Investment Advisory LLP on May 10, 2023. The transaction included participation from new investors Neo Foods Private Limited, Bikaji Foods International Limited, Zephyr Peacock India Growth Fund, Ltd., a fund managed by returning investor Zephyr Management, L.P., for INR 200 crore and returning investors Sojitz Corporation, 3one4Capital Advisors LLP.

The company issued Equity and Debt in the transaction. Debt transaction include participation from new lenders Northern Arc Investments, Alteria Capital Advisors LLP, Trifecta Capital Advisors LLP and returning lender Stride Ventures.
