Biancamano : Monthly disclosures to the market pursuant to Art. 114 of D.Lgs n 58/98

Rozzano (MI), 01 December 2014 BIANCAMANO: ONE YEAR EXTENSION OF URBAN CLEANING SERVICES CONTRATC IN RAPALLO (GE) FOR A TOTAL AMOUNT OF ABOUT 4.1 MILLION.

Biancamano Spa, a company listed on MTA market of Borsa Italiana, and leading private operator in Italian Waste Management industry, through its subsidiary company Aimeri Ambiente Srl, was assigned the extension of Urban Cleaning Services contract by Municipality of Rapallo (GE).
The Municipality of Rapallo, pending the call of the new tender, has decided to extend the current contract with Aimeri Ambiente Srl, which has been operating on the territory since 2010 as winner of the previous tender expiring on 30 November 2014. The extensions will last 12 months from 01 December 2014 for a total amount of 4.1 million euro (VAT excluded).
The tender relates the Urban Cleaning Services and the collection and transportation of solid urban waste and separated waste in the municipal territory for a total of about 30.500 inhabitants.
