BGS Energy Plus as is a Czech Republic-based holding company active in the renewable energy sector. The Company is active principally through Energy produkt plus s.r. and Agroprodukt plus as, which offer biofuels, such as biomass. Its other offerings also include technology, products and services related to the design and construction of power plants generating energy from renewable resources. As of December 31, 2011, BGS Energy Plus as’ other holdings included such subsidiaries as BGS Biogas as and Podhradi s.r.o., and affiliated companies Alve Tech s.r.o., Druzstvo vlastniku Petrovac and Mlyn Okor.
